Refund Policy
Initial Purchases (14-Day Window)
If you purchase a new Mockupied Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial order date. After 14 days, your purchase becomes strictly non-refundable.
Renewals Are Non-Refundable
All subscription renewals (whether Monthly or Annual) are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month or partial-year subscription periods. It is your sole responsibility to manage or cancel your subscription prior to the renewal billing date.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your recurring Pro subscription at any time through your billing dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not issue a retroactive refund. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
How to Request an Initial Refund
To request a refund within your first 14 days of an initial purchase, please email our support team at support@mockupied.com.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your credit card company or bank, your Mockupied account will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
